TERMS OF TRADE: This estimate is supplied to you on the following terms:

We cannot promote the following:

  • Advertising of tobacco and tobacco related products.
  • Advertising containing words or images of a pornographic nature, or which would be deemed by the censor of the Indecent Publications Tribunal to be inappropriate.
  • Advertising which would be deemed by the Race Relations Conciliator to be culturally insensitive or in any manner offend the principles of the Human Rights Act 1993.
  • Advertising which the Commissioner of Children would find inappropriate because of the detrimental effect or exploitation it portrays of young people.
  • Advertising which the Privacy Commissioner would find inappropriate, or which would offend the principles of the Privacy Act 1993.
  • Advertising which promotes or condones drink driving.
  • Advertising targeted at promoting and/or encouraging underage drinking of alcohol but not limited to, the advertising of any product containing alcohol on any Bollards within 200 metres of any primary, intermediate or secondary school.
  • Advertising that promotes the commercial sex industry.
  • Any type of advertising that is false or misleading, which promotes unlawful or illegal goods, services or activities, or which is otherwise unlawful, offensive or obscene, as determined by Phantom Billstickers.

PHANTOM BILL STICKERS LTD (“the Company”) shall Print and/or Place the above mentioned material as agreed, on our outdoor street sites. We will maintain the street posters on a daily basis, holding your profile ‘site positions’ for each poster placed for a period of seven days as listed in your regular update reports.

CODE OF CONDUCT: We will not place posters that promote hate speech, firearms or the sex industry. All posters must obey ASA guidelines and will be sent to them for clarification if content is suspect

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: if, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (normally weather related), we are unable to place any of your material we will credit your account for all material that is not placed. Maintenance is governed by the total amount of posters we are supplied with.

REVISIONS: There will be no revisions on site lists sent at completion of purchase of street posters.

SITE SELECTION: Placement of posters using this platform is area based not site specific based. Your posters will be placed in the areas specified when making your purchase

CANCELLATION: in the event of cancellation within one month in advance of scheduled placement, cancellation fees of up to 100% of the total charges for placement booked shall apply.

LIABILITY: except as set forth in the Agreement, the company shall be under no liability whatever to the customer for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the customer arising out of a breach by the company of this agreement. In the event of any dispute arising out of this Agreement, the remedies of the customer shall be limited to damages. Under no circumstances shall the liability of the company exceed the price of the goods and services provided.

ARTWORK: please note that, unless you state otherwise in writing, confirmation of your campaign gives Phantom permission to feature your artwork and/or campaign details, and/or pictures of the material we have placed for you on our website, in blogs and social media, and in our occasional newsletter/magazine (but places us under no obligation to do so).

ARTWORK: Artwork must be delivered by deadline otherwise your campaign may not go ahead and risk of no refund

ARCHIVES: because your poster designs are an important part of Aotearoa's cultural history we work with a number of public museums and libraries to enable poster artwork and samples to be kept. Please note that, unless you ask us in writing not to do so, we may provide museums and/or libraries with digital and physical copies of your artwork and/or poster.

PLACEMENT WINDOW: Due to scheduling, installation on some outlying sites will occur 1-2 days after your campaign start date. Your campaign will always hold for 7 days coverage from install date on every site. If your campaign is date specific, let us know and we will schedule sites that fit within your campaign window.

CONFIDENTIALITY: all aspects of the Agreement and the Services, and any information disclosed by Phantom in connection with, or in anticipation of, the Agreement or the Services (including lists of sites and intellectual property) must be kept confidential. You may not disclose this information without prior written approval or use it for any purpose other than intended. This clause survives termination of the agreement.
